Here is BACK PORCH, a song to long warm evenings. The newest album from bassist Paul Berner, this time a quartet featuring Michael Moore on clarinet and sax, in addition to regular band members Peter Tiehuis and Ed Verhoeff on various guitars. An unusual drumless combination that manages to sound as if it’s always been with us.

Paul Berner on double bass --ex Monty Alexander Trio and current member of the Michael Moore Quintet. Works with Mike Del Ferro and Mathilde Santing.
Michael Moore on reeds --founder of the Ramboy recording label and winner of the Downbeat Critics Poll. Works with Misha Mengelberg and Cristina Branco.
Peter Tiehuis on guitar --ex Ilse de Lange Band and current member of the Metropole Orchestra. Works with George Duke and Trijntje Oosterhuis.
Ed Verhoeff on guitar -- member of Latin singer Izaline Calister’s band and jazz bassist Hein van de Geyn's group Baseline. Works with Gerard Presencer and Josee Koning.
